Making sure we have enough Coloring Books for the gigs.

We gotta be fierce about it. It's a fantastic, up-hill struggle to sell a bunch and then watch all the cash go to rent and bills. Luckily they paid for themselves last year. This one is pg-13, we started makeing one that's rated G when we started doing lots of kid kigs. Right now that stuff is in the form of coloring pages that we give out.

Luckily she can do that and still watch her "Stories" Quantum Leap and Stargate.

Clowning the 1 year aniversary of ...

They are a nice little shop nearby who asked us to come and clown for them. We stood outside being funny and making balloons for a few hours today. It was to celebrate the first year as a company.
They are all about: happy, healthy, local toys and goods. i love the place and they seem well connected with the parents of the neighborhood.

As one of the parents left, she sent a text to all her friends that we were there. Soon kids started showing up out of the woodwork dragging parents and yelling "Balloons~".
I hope some of the other places noticed what a plus it is having us on the team.

I would be getting cool threads like this for my kids if their mama wasn't out of her mind,

Across the street.

We like working together but we like breaks even more!

Portland supports cool local shops!
