We have been with these kids a long time now. I'm afraid we love them now so much that we will trudge through this soup so we won't disappoint them.

Riding the Behemoth from South East to Downtown Portland

A view (a little shaky at first)from the handlebars.

Gliding through the air is so enriching. People hoot and hollar mostly positive things.Always lots of photos and questions from people perplexed.
"Handlebar-cam" is on "The Behemoth" 6' up from the street.
Behemoth is a giant bike built by Topher Moore and driven by Dingo Dizmal.
This has been Dingo's daily ride for 4 years or so.
On this Day 7/25/10 D.D. and his partner Olive Rootbeer are dropping from SE Portland to the Sunday Market on the other side of the Willamette River. The job is finding a crowd, making balloons, entertaining, posing for photos and promoting other events.
This is a ride over the Hawthorne Bridge and round to Sunday Market.Imagine riding a ladder down a busy street at high speeds.
